Dec 09, 2022I have to share my experience at Lake Oconee Eye Care. It has to be one of the best appointments I’ve Ever had at any medical facility. I have been blessed with very good vision all my life. So without much experience with eye exams in general…it’s something that gives me great anxiety. I felt like I had a foreign object in my eye and also a first experience with seeing a flashing or floating object. I was concerned so Mandy worked me in the very next day. She also did my preliminary exam. She understood my nervousness so she was gentle and explained every step of the way what she was doing. I saw Dr. Titak and he was just as kind and considerate and certainly knowledgeable. He explained everything and was able to detect and remove a foreign object from my eye. I recommend any one go to LO Eye Care for their vision needs and will continue to do so. Thank you for your medical care and for making the office visit such a pleasant experience!

Sep 14, 2022Always great care from Dr Titak and staff. Highly recommend them for your vision needs. My annual appointment was on July 14th. I am still waiting for contact lens order that was placed on August 8th. I kept calling to check but could never get anyone to answer the phone so I had to place an online order with 1800 contacts as I had run out. Soon after I recieved a call offering a 2 weeks supply. Hope I dont have to wait much longer. You should ask when you order lenses if there is a discount on a years supply. I have done that in the past but was not offered that on my new lenses but I changed type not brand so that could be why, not sure.

We stopped in to see if could be fixed, after having to take them to a local jewelers to get the broken pin out, we took them back to Lake Oconee eye care and they were able to put a new pin in! Jun 03, 2021The staff at Lake Oconee Eye Care are the greatest. From the initial greeting by the receptionist, to the picking out of my new glasses, the entire staff are very friendly. Dr. Susan is the best, and has the greatest personality. I needed to replace my damaged eyeglasses, but since it had been three years since my last exam I needed to have a new exam. They squeezed both my wife and myself in for exams within the same week. This was amazing, since the normal appointment schedules were almost two months out. Thank you Lake Oconee Eye Care! Jul 31, 2019I went for my annual check up at Lake Oconee Eye Care, and was met with great politeness. I was carefully moved from room to room for different tests by different people, ending with an interview with the doctor. When I left I was given a full report of progress (getting older) on my eyesight. My only criticism is that they are too nice to tell you if you are making mistakes when you read the letters from distant charts.

May 30, 2019I have always had good experiences at Lake Oconee Eye Care. Dr. Perry Lee is just fabulous and so professional yet so friendly. I talk a lot and he seems quite interested no matter what I talk about. He gets my eye exam perfectly correct every time. My glasses are always just what I need. The staff is courteous and friendly also.
