Dr. Susan Lee & Dr. Perry Lee
Dr. Susan Lee and Dr. Perry Lee both graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham school of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry degree.
Dr. Susan Lee opened Lake Oconee Eye Care in June 2000. Before opening Lake Oconee Eye Care, she practiced at Family Eye Care Assoc. and United Eye Care of Georgia.
Dr. Perry has practiced at Lake Oconee Eye Care since July 2002. Prior to that he had a solo practice in Milledgeville, GA from 1999-2008. He has also practiced at Family Eye Care and United Eye Care of Georgia. -
Dr. John Titak
Dr. John E. Titak obtained his B.S. degree in biology from Purdue University in 1990. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University in 1994.
Dr. Titak previously served the Lake Oconee Community while practicing at United Eye Care of Georgia at both their Greensboro and Eatonton locations. Prior to that, he was employed by Lord Eye Center in Statesboro.

Dr. Dennis M. Marcus
Dr. Marcus graduated with a B.S. degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1983, and received his M.D. from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1987.
Dr. Marcus, a top Retinal Specialist with Southeast Retina Center, visits our office once a month.
He currently has Hospital and Practice afffiliations with Doctor’s Hospital in Augusta, Georgia, University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia and Veterans Administration Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina.

Dr. Brent Crymes
Dr. Crymes, our cataract surgeon with Athens Eye Doctors & Surgeons, is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He attended Georgia on a tennis scholarship and was captain of the 1981 tennis team.
He earned his medical degree from the Medical college of Georgia in 1986. Dr. Crymes’ training includes an internship at Georgia Baptist Hospital and an ophthalmology residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and entered private practice in 1990.
