COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update: Re-opening
THE LAKE OCONEE EYE CARE VISION SOURCE TEAM WELCOMES BACK PATIENTS FOR IN-OFFICE VISITS
GREENSBORO, GA (May 1, 2020) – As of Friday, May 1, 2020, Lake Oconee Eye Care will be welcoming back the community for all eye care services. The doctors and staff members will be wearing masks, and all patients and guardians or those assisting patients will be required to have their temperature taken by a non-contact digital thermometer upon arrival before entering the building. Walk-in patients needing assistance with frames and adjustments will also be required to check-in with a staff member and have their temperature taken prior to entering the building. All Lake Oconee Eye Care visitors are asked to wear a mask before entering the building. We ask that if you have one of your own that you please bring it so our supply doesn’t run out, but if you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. To keep the number of people in the office to a minimum, we ask that unless you are the parent or guardian of a minor or require assistance getting into the building, please do not bring others to your appointment, or have them wait in the car. Frames will be cleaned with hydrogen peroxide between every patient who tries them on, and we will be using the highest level of sanitary measures at our disposal for your protection. We are following all CDC guidelines for your safety as well as that of our office personnel and doctors. We look forward to serving you during this unprecedented time in our history.
