Lake Oconee Eye Care Celebrates Two Employees’ Fifth Anniversaries

GREENSBORO, GA (May 31, 2019) – Diamonds really are a girl’s best friend, and the doctors at Lake Oconee Eye Care know it. The Leadership Team at Lake Oconee Eye Care Vision Source celebrated and recognized two cherished employees and their fifth anniversaries by treating them to a special gift from Greensboro Jewelers located on Main Street in Historic Greensboro.

Mandy McCommons, pictured left, is Lake Oconee Eye Care’s Office Manager. She has served a wonderful 5 years with Lake Oconee Eye Care. “I am so thankful to work in a Christian workplace. They truly have become like family to me,” says Mandy, “I can’t wait for the many years to come.”

Rose Asher, pictured right, is the Optical Manager in the office. She explains, “Lake Oconee Eye Care employees are treated like family and they really take good care of us.”

Mandy and Rose were given a gift card and enjoyed an afternoon of perusing a vast selection of fine jewelry at Greensboro Jewelers. Mark Blanton, (pictured center) owner of Greensboro Jewelers, graciously helped Mandy and Rose select their gifts of jewelry from the Lake Oconee Eye Care team. “We are fortunate that Lake Oconee Eye Care partners with our team to celebrate their employees.” Mark says, “Plus, I am one of their patients, so I know them all and trust them with my eye health. I love getting to see them and celebrate their anniversaries.”
